"I highly recommend April as a teacher and tutor if you are interested in learning Chinese! My son was interested in learning Mandarin at a young age and we were trying to find the right fit at the time. A teacher of his recommended April and once I contacted her I knew she was the right teacher for the job. Her teaching style is geared towards how your child learns, for example my son loved music and playing so she would bring new songs and games each lesson. She made the class fun and enjoyable for him! April is also extremely patient as these classes were done over zoom/the computer at the time which my son would lose focus at times. However she understood and had a way of refocusing his attention to what they were learning. After each class she would send over "homework" which would just be reviewing the song they went over that day. The songs were so catchy that the whole family would listen and learn together. April is absolutely wonderful! "
